Refund Policy 

All boards and grazing tables are custom prepared to order. Because of the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, refunds are limited.

 

DEPOSITS

Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your event date.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If an order is canceled after booking, the deposit will be retained. If cancellation occurs after purchasing and preparation has begun, partial or full balance charges may apply depending on timing and product sourcing.

 

RUSH & SHORT-NOTICE ORDERS

Rush order fees are non-refundable once the order has been accepted and sourcing has begun.

 

QUALITY CONCERNS

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review concerns and may offer a partial credit or replacement when appropriate.

 

NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICE WINDOW

Refunds are not available for product that has been held, stored, or served outside recommended time and temperature guidelines.

 

We are committed to quality, presentation, and guest experience and will always work in good faith to address legitimate concerns.
