Terms & Conditions 

By placing an order with Curations by Kristina, you agree to the following terms and service conditions.

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and order. Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Deposits are applied toward your total balance. Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed due date prior to delivery or setup.

CANCELLATIONS

Because all boards and grazing tables are custom planned and prepared, deposits are non-refundable. If an order is canceled after booking, the deposit will be retained to cover planning, sourcing, and scheduling costs.

If a cancellation occurs close to the event date and product has already been purchased, additional charges may apply.

RUSH ORDERS

Orders placed with short notice may be accepted based on availability. Rush orders are subject to an additional fee due to expedited sourcing, preparation, and scheduling adjustments. Whenever possible, booking with standard lead time will receive the best pricing.

ORDER CHANGES

Changes to guest count, menu items, or layout must be requested as early as possible. Adjustments made close to the event date may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

CUSTOM & SEASONAL ITEMS

Product selection may vary based on seasonality and supplier availability. Comparable substitutions may be made when necessary while maintaining overall quality and presentation.

DELIVERY & SETUP

Delivery and on-site grazing table setup windows will be scheduled in advance. A contact person must be available at delivery time. Curations by Kristina is not responsible for product quality after the recommended service window has passed.

FOOD SAFETY

All products are prepared and styled for immediate service. Clients are responsible for proper holding conditions after delivery or setup is complete.

LIABILITY

Once delivery or setup is completed and accepted, responsibility transfers to the client or venue.
