My background comes from professional catering and backstage food service for touring artists and live productions, where meals and spreads had to be executed quickly, beautifully, and consistently — always to a high standard.
That environment shaped how I approach every board and grazing table today: organized, detail-driven, and guest-focused.
What started backstage evolved into a specialized craft — designing charcuterie boards and grazing tables that feel abundant, elevated, and thoughtfully composed. Each spread is custom curated for the event, the space, and the people gathering around it. No templates. No shortcuts. Every layout is built with balance, flow, and visual impact in mind.
